NOTICE ON THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT WRITTEN COMPLAINTS:
In accordance with the Law on Providing Services in Tourism, Article 21, Paragraph 1, NN 25/19, we inform valued consumers that if they are dissatisfied with our services, they can submit their complaints:
- By mail to the company’s registered address
- By email
- By fax
- By entering it in the Complaints Book available at the property.
The receipt of written complaints will be confirmed in writing without delay, and we will respond to the complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt.
